Open to all Yoga skill levels and backgrounds, Hatha Flow classes are no-pressure spaces to engage in Yoga at a pace that works best for students’ abilities and bodies.
Kemetic Slow Flow
Based on the culture and hieroglyphics of Egypt (originally named Kemet), Kemetic Yoga is a meditative practice of renewing mind, body, and soul. Yogis connect with Self through controlled deep breathing, conscious muscle movements, and geometrically progressive postures honoring the symbolic deities of Kemet. Rooted in the YogaSkills School of Kemetic Yoga system, this slow flow class explores the core principles, poses, and sequences of Kemetic Yoga grounded in African-Egyptian mythology and history.

The ultimate goal is to help students build their confidence in the physical practice of Yoga.
Energy Healing Reiki Flow
As spirit beings dwelling in physical bodies, our inner thoughts and feelings directly affect our outer energy. This flow combines Reiki energy healing with gentle Yoga poses. With controlled breathing, deep stretches, and hands-on energy assists, I help you relax your body and soothe your soul. This practice helps remove energy blockages and facilitates emotional release and physical healing.
